• When starting or joining a Zoom meeting, always check that there is the green lock Icon at the top left of the screen.

• Ensure that “Lock Meeting“ enabled once ALL participants have joined
• Prevents unauthorized 3rd party joining

Best Practices When Scheduling Meetings:
Never use personal meeting ID
always generate automatically
(Random meeting ID generated)
Check for meeting password
Disable “Enable Join Before Host”
Enable “Enable waiting room”
