Following a successful tender process, ESCO (India) was entrusted with providing the AV Solution for the complete premises of Boeing offices in Bangalore and Delhi. This consists of small and large meeting rooms, cafeteria, VTC rooms, conference rooms, boardrooms and training rooms. ESCO (India) worked closely with all parties involved in this project; consultant, fit-out contractor, PMC and other contracted organizations. The end result is a technically adept audio visual system that was deployed in line with the project’s technical specifications.

As Boeing International Corporation India Private Limited (BICIPL) is one of the world’s prestigious organizations, this project called for a groundbreaking AV solution that would deliver exceptional Video Conferencing with superior Audio, flawless meeting, presentation, collaboration and event facilities that serves to enhance the relationships and experiences of an international workforce and client base.
For this project, it was expected that all concerned business spaces on multiple floors to be equipped with pioneering audio visual technologies which includes dynamic display systems, projection equipment, video and audio conferencing systems, control and automation technologies and a professional background music system.
Aside from the mentioned spaces, the other areas covered by our team include the organization’s executive space, breakout space and the executive meeting rooms.
A key function of this project is the VTC rooms, serving as a facility to support the leaders of Boeing on a global scale, unlock creative potentials within a vibrant and flexible environment through close collaboration made possible by the solution provided.
