Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Function (verify, record & post invoices, credit notes, adjusting journal entries, reconciliation & ensuring accuracy of Vendor Statement of Accounts, coordination on Payables related matters with Vendors and preparation of payments).

Accounts Receivable Function (verify receivables in Statement of Accounts, follow up on outstanding receivables, coordination on vendor Related forms and Receivables related matter with Customers)

Other Accounting Functions (Assisting with preparations of Monthly Reports, Journal posting, Preparation and maintenance of Audit Schedules and Assist with the fulfilling requirements of External Auditors)

Procurement & Administrative Support Function (Order coordination, maintenance & upkeep of P&Ls and other miscellaneous reports)

The (Preferred) Pre-Requisites

Preferably 2 years of working experience.

Minimally a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.

Familiarity of ERP Systems and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good team player and able to work independently.
