The Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate data entry of pricing into Microsoft NAV system

  • Pricing up of BOQs for Sales team

  • Supporting Sales Team with Documentation and requirements pertaining to Sales RFPs / tenders

  • Answering phone calls for Sales and recording of incoming enquiries and passing them to relevant sales executives

  • Tracking of inbound enquiries and monitoring their progress

  • Other general administrative support for the Sales team


(Preferred) Pre-Requisites:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Minimally 1 year of related experience

  • Required language(s): Fluent in English

  • Required Skills (s): Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of Microsoft NAV is an added advantage

  • Good team player and able to work independently

  • Must be detailed and patient

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
