The Responsibilities

Ensure accurate data entry of pricing into Microsoft NAV system

Pricing up of BOQs for Sales team
-
Supporting Sales Team with Documentation and requirements pertaining to Sales RFPs / tenders
-
Answering phone calls for Sales and recording of incoming enquiries and passing them to relevant sales executives

Tracking of inbound enquiries and monitoring their progress

Other general administrative support for the Sales team
(Preferred) Pre-Requisites:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Minimally 1 year of related experience

Required language(s): Fluent in English

Required Skills (s): Microsoft Office

Knowledge of Microsoft NAV is an added advantage

Good team player and able to work independently

Must be detailed and patient
