CRESTON PROGRAMMER/AMX PROGRAMMER/AV SPECIALIST |

Responsibilities:
Software development work for projects including:
- Software architecture design and maintenance
- Object Modelling and coding
- System testing and deployment
- User acceptance testing
- Documentation
- Application support and troubleshooting
- Conduct user training
Requirements:
- ITE, Diploma in Electronics/computer engineering or IT
- 2 Years Experience in Audio Visual systems design and installation
- Ability to read/interpret ACAD drawings and excellent AV knowledge/troubleshooting skills required
- Deep knowledge of audio visual equipments and good understanding of audio and video conferencing is a required
- Excellent organizational skills, oral and written communications skills, time management skills, analytical, problem solving, and the ability to multitask is part of the job
- Crestron or AMX Certified Programmer preferred but not mandatory
- Visual Basic, .NET and VB.NET programming experience preferred but not mandatory
- Fresh graduate with strong programming skills are also encouraged to apply

Job Descriptions:
- Ensure speed and accuracy of the performance
- Understand customer’s needs and take ownership for customer satisfaction in assigned area
- Report and communicate with business partners
- Undertake ad hoc projects/duties as assigned from time to time
- Provide excellent quality service and follow up with our valued clientele
- Work in collaboration with customers and internal departments to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction
- Handle enquiries, prepare quotations/invoices, orders processing and delivery issues
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player and able works independently
- Must be organized, able to multi-task, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge of audio and electronic products and IT savvy is an added advantage
- Able to articulate well, lively, dynamic, highly motivated and enjoy working in fun, exciting and demanding environment
- Applicants with customer service / related call centre experience plus point
- Must be a detailed, patient and fast worker
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products eg. Excel, Word
- Able to commence work within short notice

SALES EXECUTIVE |

Job Descriptions:
- To pro-actively seek new business in the specified product range, by targeting a combination of company’s existing customer base and prospective customers.
- Liaise on a daily basis with your department and update them on any developments in your product range, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist.
- Assist the Sales Manager to get dealers to attend events & seminars, to provide the sales team with information / training on the specified product range and on occasion assist with product pricing
- Ensure that customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion. Where relevant, such matters must be escalated to the Internal Sales Manager/ Supervisor
- Manage the sales process for resolving the cancellation of orders. Ensuring that such matters are expedited speedily
- Manage and maintain any authorization schemes & price lists relevant to our products
- Ensure the rest of the sales team are kept informed of developments within your product range
- Meet and exceed the agreed performance objectives
- Perform any ad hoc duties deemed appropriate by the Sales Management Team
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of IP networking environment
- Team player and can work independently
- Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients
- O level/A level / Diploma/ Degree holder
- Singaporean / PR
- Fresh graduates are welcome
